Just believe you are happy
Yeah.. Life will be like how we believe it is.. If we just think about our grieves and keep lamenting about it, our life will be miserable..Think and talk about the good things in our life and feel happy about it..
As everyone knows, man is a social animal.. We have to accept the fact that we are dependent.. There is nothing like“I’m a completely independent person”.. Help and get help when and wherever possible..(self-advice).
I believe in God.. So prayer is included in my daily routine.. It not only meets my needs but also fills the emptiness I often feel in my life..
Be a foodie
According to me, happiness is hunger plus a mouth-watering meal..Food makes everyone happy..Just bring out the foodie in you(unless you are diabetic or hypertensive 😜).Crave crazily for your favourite food and go in search of it..Aaahaa.. Nothing matches the happiness the taste provides..
Catch up with friends
Never miss a chance to meet and have fun with your friends.. It rejuvenates us and refreshes our mind.. They remind us that fun is still a part of our life..
I don’t mean spending your hard-earned money in trips and tours.. Just sitting with your loved ones and planning a trip or party gives the same happiness as implementing one(may be even more)..
